As no two boats ever have the same sized berths, we will make all our mattress compositions to fit any shape. Curved ends, angled sides and overhangs are all possible to ensure you end up with the optimum sleeping surface available, given the usual space restrictions.

Tickings
All our mattresses are covered in a hardwearing anti-dust mite cotton cover, with a breathable grey Partex underlining. The covers have full length zips, are removable and are treated with Ultra-fresh for an anti-fungal finish. The blue striped ticking is woven in England for tough durability and resistance. 


Zips and FlapsZips and Flaps
For larger mattresses, where tight access to the boat can often create a struggle, we can split the mattress in two or more sections, which can then be zipped back together when safely in place. This makes the mattreses both more manageable and help for easier access to lockers below, also when under way this allows your lee clots or boards to be used. The joining zip is covered with a material flap that once joined is never felt.

Optional extras such as air vents, handles, material hinges and piping are all available on request. 
Templating Service
Regular templating trips are carried out for boats in marinas or at boat yards along the south coast, and we are only too happy to come and take the measurements of your berth. Alternatively, if we cannot coincide a convenient rendezvous, or if your boat is moored further afield, we will send you simple instructions on how to take the template yourself.
